Description

A frothy, healthy, calcium-filled, protein-packed healthy shake for less than 125 calories per serving (total is 235)! Use whatever flavor of protein and pudding you like!

If you’re not used to low-fat foods, this may be a change!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Fat Free/sugar Free Pudding Mix
  • ½ cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 2 whole Splenda Packets
  • ½ cups Water
  • 2 cups Ice

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend! Blend! Blend!
3. Serve with a spoon! Fills about 2 (20-ounce) cups and is very filling!
4. Garnish with fruit, if desired.

It’s actual 235 calories total, so it is 125 per serving! I will update so it’s more clear. Thanks!

Seems like the calories all together will be 125, divide in two and its only 63. I’ll definitely try this. Thanks!

This turned out so good I couldn’t believe it. I actually went back to double check I’d used fat free/sugar free pudding mix. I didn’t add the splenda or the water and mine came out perfect and so thick it needed a spoon to eat. I also blended for a long time, like a couple minutes, using my Ninja
