Description

The ingredients may seem funny, but do try this! Your family will love you forever. Promise.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Pork Chops Or Rib Portions
  • 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 1-¼ pinches Butter
  • 1 whole Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup, 2-⅔ teaspoons, ⅞ pinches Boiling Water
  • 8 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 5-⅞ pinches Brown Sugar
  • 8 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 5-⅞ pinches White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 1-¼ pinches Balsmic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 1-¼ pinches Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-⅓ pinches Apricot Jam
  • 2 tablespoons, 1-½ pinches Powdered Instant Coffee (yes!)
  • 1 teaspoon, ¼ pinches Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons, ½ pinches Lemon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon, ¼ pinches Salt, Or To Taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Brown meat in molten butter in a heavy skillet.
Add onions to the skillet with the meat and cook till transparent.
Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
Place into the oven and leave for approximately 1 hour.
Turn meat occasionaly and check sauce. Add a little water if necessary, but it should become thick and sticky.
Enjoy. Remember to hide a portion for later! (That’s why it only says 5 portions!)
