Need something flavorful and filling? Even “picky” eaters love this dish.
Place the Yoshida sauce and cut up chicken into a Ziploc bag and marinate for at least 1 hour. (I tend to leave it overnight just because I want the sauce to really sink in.)
In a skillet, place the chicken and sauce. Cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook your noodles according to the package directions. Now you’re ready to eat! Easy, huh?!
Plate the noodles on the bottom and top with chicken. You can dress this dish up by adding mixed veggies, or some chopped green onions. Whatever you want. Or keep it simple. Whichever way you make this, I bet it won’t be the last time you make it!
