I was hit-and-miss on my meatloaf until I made this one. It’s a hit every time!
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, blend lightly the turkey, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper.
3. In small bowl, stir eggs, milk, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
4. Blend egg mixture with meat mixture. Put into a loaf pan.
5. Mix ketchup and remaining 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Spread on top of the meatloaf.
6. Bake at 400F for 1 hour or until the internal temperature is 180F.
A bonus mix-in idea for added yum is blending in 1/2 cup or so of shredded cheddar cheese before putting it in the loaf pan.

This is very similar to my turkey meatloaf, except I use oatmeal instead of breadcrumbs, and use marjoram and parsley as my ‘seasoning’. I like using seasonings that are a little bit different than what I would use for beef/pork. Marjoram is really nice with poultry or in veg/egg dishes. It is milder and sweeter than oregano, which is also called “wild marjoram”.
