Tasty, quick, baked turkey meat balls.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix everything together (except oil) in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil into the bottom of a roasting pan. Make 1 1/2″ balls out of the mixture and place into the pan.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve with orzo pilaf and a side of veggies.
