You probably have most of this stuff in your pantry already. Great to throw together after working all day.
Brown the turkey kielbasa in a skillet. In a separate pot, cook rice in the turkey broth. When both are done, drain rice, saving about 1 1/2 cups of broth, and add to a skillet. Add corn, chili powder, Lawry’s, salt and pepper. Then add the broth and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
