This recipe is filed under “Hurricane recipes” at our house, except that I use Velvetta boxed mac and cheese because it does not require any milk or butter. So dinner can be cooked out of boxes or cans on a camp stove or grill when the power goes out for weeks!

Fast, easy recipe under any conditions. It is one of our “go to’ recipes when preparing for hurricanes. Use the boxed mac and cheese that does not require milk and you can store the items in your emergency supplies box.
