Description

Taste the summer in this light pasta meal!

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds, 2-⅝ ounces, weight Torri Di Pisa Or Similar Pasta
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 10 pieces Little Red Tomatoes, Cut In Half
  • ¼ teaspoons Dried Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 10 pieces Seedless Black Olives
  • 5-⅓ ounces, weight Rocket, Cleaned And Washed
  • Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Preparation

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain immediately, set aside.
2. In a large skillet heat the oil, add garlic, little tomatoes cut in half, chili pepper flakes and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook them over low heat for 5 minutes, then stir in the rocket and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add cooked pasta to skillet and combine it with the other ingredients. Cook over high heat for few minutes to combine all the flavours.
5. Serve immediately with some olive oil, if desired.
