Description

The freshest, lightest pizza you’ll ever have the pleasure of devouring! You might even forget the word “pepperoni”.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Chicken Breast Cutlets, Or Two Large Chicken Breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Grill Seasoning, Such As Montreal's Steak Spice
  • 1 whole Pizza Dough, Homemade Or Store Bought, We Won't Judge
  • ½ cups Plum Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups Shredded Provolone Or Monterey Jack Cheese
  • ½ whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Thinly Sliced
  • ½ cups Bean Sprouts
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 3 whole Green Onions Or A Bunch Of Chives, Chopped On The Bias

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Coat chicken with hot sauce and grill seasoning and bake for 30-35 minutes, until done. Meanwhile, make pizza crust or form a store-bought pizza crust on a pizza pan or cookie sheet. Slice cooked chicken into very thin strips. Spread plum sauce onto pizza crust, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and top with the cheese and bell peppers, reserving a bit of cheese. Top with sliced chicken and then the rest of the cheese.

Bake until golden and cheese is bubbly, 15-17 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with bean sprouts, fresh parsley and green onions.

Get in there and get messy.

This was yummy! I used sweet chili sauce with a touch of hoisin instead of plum sauce & it was great. Thanks for sharing!
