Description

A casserole the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • ½ cups Onion, Chopped
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Milk (or 1 Soup-can Full)
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Corn, Drained
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag (32 Oz. Bag) Frozen Tater Tot-style Potatoes

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a saute pan, brown the ground beef with onion. Drain off any grease. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, put condensed soup and milk in a bowl; stir to combine.

In a 8×11″ baking pan, layer browned ground beef, then drained corn. Put the soup mixture over the corn and sprinkle cheese on top.

Top with frozen tater tots.

Bake for 1 hour or until bubbly and tots are golden brown.

Season with salt and serve.

This was super easy to make and very tasty. I changed it up a bit by using ground turkey, red bell pepper instead of onion, cream of celery instead of chicken, no cheese, and I added in some peas for color. It turned out great. Thanks!
