Juicy turkey burger with a kick! The guacamole cools each bite!
To prepare the turkey burgers, combine ground turkey, taco seasoning, and chilies. Season with pepper. In a separate bowl, combine panko crumbs and garlic powder.
Press burgers into bread crumbs. Grill burgers on a preheated grill for 8 minutes each side. Add pepper Jack cheese during the last minute of grilling.
Meanwhile prepare guacamole. In a bowl, mash avocados until you reach the desired consistency. Add in diced tomato, lime juice and cumin.
To assemble, place burger on hamburger bun. Top with guacamole and salsa.
