Description

Easy, family friendly weeknight dinner. Prepare only if you don’t want leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 1 package Pilsbury Crescent Rolls, 8 Ounce Can
  • 1 pound Beef (or A 15 Oz. Can Of Black Beans For Veggie Option)
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
  • 2 cups Cheese (or Less Depending On Your Preference)
  • Lettuce, Salsa, Rotel, Sour Cream (for Toppings)

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook beef in taco seasoning per instructions on packet.
3. While beef is simmering, lay crescent rolls out in a circle on a flat cookie sheet. (To be more specific, crescent rolls are triangles. Lay them down so they overlap with one of the small sides towards the center. When assembled, they should form a circle)
4. Once beef is ready (after about 10 minutes of simmering) spoon it onto one half of the circle of crescent rolls. Make sure to leave room to fold the other half of the circle of crescent rolls over the meat to form the ring.
5. Add cheese on top of the beef, then fold over the crescent rolls, again making sure they overlap. Press them down so they hold.
6. Place in oven until crescent rolls are cooked (cook according to the crescent roll package directions). Serve immediately. Top with more cheese, sour cream, salsa, onions, etc!
