Description

Lean pork tenderloin with a sweet and tangy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hot Water, From Tap Or Boiled, Whichever You Prefer
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • ⅓ cups White Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon BBQ Sauce
  • 2 pounds Whole Pork Tenderloin

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a baking dish (one that is big enough to hold the tenderloin) until dissolved. Then add the rest of the ingredients except for the pork tenderloin. Mix well. Add the pork tenderloin. Cover the dish with a sheet of foil. Bake for 1.5 hours. Take out the tenderloin, and place it on a cutting board. Thinly slice the tenderloin and place it back in the sauce. Serve the tenderloin with the sauce over top.
