A quick, tasty dish that blends Asian flavors. My favorite go-to meal!
Cook the rice according to the package directions.
While the rice is cooking, cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Put the oil in a large pan over medium high heat and swirl to coat the bottom. Put the chicken in the heated pan and season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Cook chicken on medium-high heat until cooked through (should no longer be pink).
Add the vegetables and stir. Once the rice is cooked, add it to the chicken and vegetables. Then stir in the sweet and sour sauce, coating everything well. Cook until the vegetables are heated through and serve! Enjoy!
