Description

Love chicken pot pie and don’t have a lot of time? This recipe is quick and easy. It’s a great 30-minute meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Soup
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Veg-all Or Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken Or Use 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 containers (8 Oz. Container) Crescent Roll Dough (you May Not Need Both)

Preparation

Preheat oven according to the crescent dough instructions.

Take your chicken/chicken breast and cut it up into small pieces.

In a medium sauce pan, combine the chicken, soups and vegetables. Bring to a boil.

Place the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish. This is where you may add spices if you like.

Roll out the crescent dough and lay on top of your mixture and bake until the dough is golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let sit, because your chicken pot pie will be bubbling hot!

Enjoy!

You can also make this in small ramekins for individual chicken pot pies.

This was really quick to make and was good too. It’s low in carbs, so it’s good for my diabetic husband (and he can eat a lot which he’s happy about). Perfect ratio of sauce to meat/veggies for me- it’s nice and thick. I will definately make this again.
