Description

Who cares about the perfect portions when they’re oh-so-cute?!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • ¼ cups Onion, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ cups Regular Oats
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk [I Used Soy]
  • 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cups Hot Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Agave
  • ½ teaspoons Dijon Mustard

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Grease a muffin tin.
3. Combine all ingredients except the hot sauce, agave, and mustard in a bowl.
4. Divide the meat mixture among the six muffin wells. They will be slightly rounded on the top.
5. Mix the hot sauce, agave, and mustard to taste.
6. Pour over the tops of all of the cupcakes.
7. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
8. Remove from oven and allow to cool a couple minutes before running a knife around the edge of each well to remove the cupcakes.
9. Try not to eat them all. I dare you.
