Description

Spicy Shrimp Spaghetti is an easy and delicious dish ready in 20 minutes! Shrimp cooked in buttery tomato sauce with garlic and served with pasta!

Ingredients

  • 400 grams Spaghetti
  • 400 grams Pre-cooked Shrimp, Peeled, Deveined
  • 30 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 6  Large Fresh Tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1  Chilli Pepper Of Your Choice
  • ⅓ cups Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • Salt To Taste

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package instructions. This is a quick recipe so they should be ready at the same time as the sauce.

In a large frying pan, melt butter. Add chopped tomatoes and cook over high temperature for 3–4 minutes. If needed, add a few tablespoons of water.

Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice garlic. Wash and slice chili (I used 1 chili pepper of a very mild variety but you can add as much as you like). Add garlic and chili to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.

Finally, throw in shrimp, finely chopped parsley, and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for 4–5 minutes until shrimp is heated through. Taste the sauce and season with salt, if needed.

Mix the sauce with drained spaghetti and serve!
