I adore this recipe because it tastes like you spent forever in the kitchen when in reality you threw it on the grill and walked away. It’s so easy since it can be made ahead and just thrown on the grill as needed. This time I chose Bush’s Texas Ranchero Grillin’ Beans as a side because I think the red chili sauce is just what this chicken needs to balance everything out!
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place 4 (12×18 inch) sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface and rub with oil or nonstick spray. Center one chicken breast on each sheet of foil. Sprinkle the chili powder evenly over the chicken.
In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, 2 Tablespoons of the peach liquid, garlic, bourbon and Sriracha sauce. Spoon ¼ of the mixture over each piece of chicken. Top each piece of chicken with ¼ of the jalapeno, ¼ of the peaches and ¼ of the bell pepper.
Bring up the foil sides and double fold the top and ends to seal each packet.
Grill 12-15 minutes in the preheated and covered grill.
Cut open foil packets and serve hot with a side of Bush’s Texas Ranchero Grillin Beans.

I have to comment again. This recipe is amazing, my husband requests it once a week. Thanks for such a great recipe!

I love barbecuing with foil and love cooking with bourbon, I also have the sriracha handy. Gonna try this if spring ever gets here.

I tried this tonight- it is very good! I didn’t have borbon or jalapeno and used a green pepper instead of a red pepper. I love how spicy this is and the peaches are great with the chicken. Can’t wait to have left overs for lunch tomorrow.
