Description

One of my favorite ways to make shrimp! Quick and easy, ready to serve either over rice, pasta, or a salad!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Peeled And Deveined Large Shrimp
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1-½ teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Cumin
  • ⅔ cups Green Onions (cut In Strips)
  • ¼ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice

Preparation

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp to pan; sauté 1 minute. Add mustard, Tabasco, garlic, and cumin to pan; sauté 1 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in onions and cilantro; cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat.

Serve over pasta, rice, or a salad, and squeeze fresh lime over top!

I just made this tonight, without the cilantro and onions (a. didn’t have any and b. deathly allergic to onions), and just enough for one. Poured it and the sauce over a big salad with cucumber and edamame and it was delish! Definitely will be making again.
