Description

A version of a dish that was served at a restaurant in town.
Ham can be substituted out with crab or shrimp.
Delish!

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce, fluid Olive Oil
  • 2 ounces, weight Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Chile/Arrabbiata Oil
  • 8 ounces, fluid (Large) Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin
  • 5 ounces, weight Diced Chicken
  • 2 ounces, weight Ham Julienne (Cooked)
  • 3 ounces, fluid Asiago Or Alfredo Sauce
  • 10 ounces, weight Rigatoni, Cooked
  • 2 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella, Cubed

Preparation

Heat Olive Oil in saute pan.

Add Sliced Mushrooms, Chile Oil, Diced Tomatoes to pan

Sprinkle Cumin on Cubed Chicken.

Add to pan.

Add Ham to pan.

Cook for approx 2-3 minutes, until Chicken is fully cooked.

Add Asiago/Alfredo Sauce to Pan.

Add prepared Rigatoni noodles to pan.

Simmer for 1 minute.

Place in Serving bowl.

Top pasta with fresh Mozzarella cheese.
