Description

This recipe has just the right amount of spice without being overpowering. I used the seasoning on the veggies too.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces White Flaky Fish. (I Used Flounder.)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Or Enough Just To Drizzle Over The Fish
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Thyme
  • ½ teaspoons Your Favorite Creole Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 4  Lemon Wedges (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F. Put clean, dry fish on a rimmed baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil onto each piece of fish.

Combine all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon (.e. all of the spices) in a small bowl. Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of the seasoning onto each piece of fish and rub all over the top of the fish. Bake for about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
