So good and so easy! I halved the recipe, and hubby and I ate the whole pot. Only changes I made were to add red chili flakes for some kick and extra cornstarch towards the end of cooking for a thicker sauce.

Simply delicious! I used a whole cut-up fryer, and substituted a few ingredients for some that I had laying around rather than going out and buying a bunch for one recipe, but it turned out really good. Definitely going to be making this one again soon!

This one is definitely a keeper – so easy and flavorful! It made a wonderful dinner served over jasmine rice with some edamame. Thanks for sharing.

So easy, and I love the crockpot! I will make this again. My picky two year old even loved it.

Just a note for those who aren’t familiar with bay leaves — Make sure you take them out before serving!

Trying this tonight- my original plan was for another meal but realized I didn’t have all the supplies, then came across this one and just so happens I have everything! Well…I have boneless breasts so am using those istead. Can’t wait to see how it comes out!
