Description

This recipe is quick and easy. Perfect for a quick family meal that will have dinner on the table in no time.

Ingredients

  • 4  Bone-in Cut Pork Chops
  • 3 Tablespoons Mesquite Seasoning (I Used McCormick's Grill-mates)
  • ½ cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 3  Green Onions, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Cooked Bacon Pieces, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil Or Regular Mayonnaise

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line baking sheet with foil and spray a little nonstick cooking spray on the foil.

Season pork chops with mesquite seasoning; place on baking sheet.

In a bowl combine cheese, onions, bacon and mayo. Then spread cheese mixture evenly over pork chops.

Bake for 15 minutes then turn oven heat to broil and cook for about 3 more minutes or until pork chops brown.

Remove from the oven and dig in.

Simple and yummy! Omitted the mayo, but that was the only change I made. This is going in my regular recipe rotation.
