Description

These don’t look appetizing, but don’t let the looks fool you! These chops are so tender and so full of flavor, even my very picky daughter loves them.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Pork Chops
  • 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 envelope (.87 Oz. Packet) Dry Pork Gravy Mix
  • 1-½ cup Chicken Broth

Preparation

Brown pork chops in a frying pan (just to get them brown).
Place pork chops in a 4-quart crock pot. In a separate bowl, combine soup, onion soup mix, gravy and chicken broth. Stir until mixed. Pour over pork chops and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Really easy, and quite tasty, but I thought it was rather salty. I would definitely recommend using low sodium chicken broth and the healthy request cream of mushroom soup to try and decrease the saltiness.

This was super easy and really good! Husband raved over it. I cooked it on high for 3 hours and then on low for another 1.5 hours. I also diced up some Yukon Gold potatoes and threw those in the crockpot. Great recipe!

This was very good, and very easy. I didn’t brown the pork chops first – just threw them in the crock pot (because I’m lazy like that). I made it with mashed potatoes, because the gravy was perfect for them.

These were easy and fast – but pretty salty, which may have been due to what brand of ingredients we used. But still yummy.
