Description

Lean boneless pork chops simmer all day long in the slow cooker in a delectable sauce featuring Parmesan, honey and fresh herbs. Serve this over brown rice and dinner is done! The perfect weeknight recipe to have dinner waiting on you when you walk in the door. Ten minutes in the morning and you will walk into a house that smells heavenly!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Lean Boneless Pork Chops
  • ⅔ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cups Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons Bragg's Liquid Aminos
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoons Sea Salt

Preparation

1. Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or place a slow cooker liner inside the stoneware and place pork chops (frozen is fine) in slow cooker.
2. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, honey, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, basil, oregano, garlic, oil and salt. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours if the pork chops were frozen and 6-7 hours if they were thawed.
4. Serve over brown rice or other starch and add a simple green salad or steamed green veggie to round out the meal.
