Taco seasoned chicken mixed with cream cheese and cheddar cheese and wrapped in a tortilla.
If using freeze dried chicken, you should completely or partially rehydrate the chicken before combining with the seasoning.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine chicken and seasoning in a pan with the water. Heat it over medium heat, stirring as you go. Once hot, remove from heat and add cream cheese. Stir until creamy. Add cheddar and mix to combine.
Put your tortillas on your work surface. Spoon the filling onto tortillas and roll them up. Place them seam side down on a baking sheet. When done creating taquitos, spray them with baking spray and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. For crispier taquitos, flip over halfway through baking.
