Description

This is a wonderful entree and so easy. Full of color and flavor!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Orzo, Cooked And Drained
  • 16 ounces, weight Shrimp, Peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoons Oregano
  • ½ teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cans (14.5 Oz. Cans) Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • ¼ cups Chardonnay
  • 6 ounces, weight Garlic-herb Feta Cheese

Preparation

Saute shrimp, garlic, and seasonings for 2 minutes in olive oil. Pour tomatoes and wine over shrimp. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook an additional 2 minutes. Stir feta cheese into shrimp mixture and simmer for 1 additional minute. Stir cooked orzo into skillet. Heat through and serve.
