Oh my goodness, this is the best recipe I’ve ever made! This one is definitely a keeper. It reminds me of the skillet potatoes my dad used to make when I was younger, but a lot easier.

Made this for my family last night. We practically licked the pot! Simple, but so yummy. I used Italian sausage. My husband is a camper and he’s planning on making this in his dutch oven the next time he goes. Yum Yum.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever made in my kitchen! Do yourself a favor and try this one! It will be a regular at our house…

I made this for dinner tonight and WOW! Absolutely wonderful. The spices with the sausage and potatoes are out of this world. Plus the recipe is beyond easy!!

seriously! On my first bite I was like “meh..its…OK”…but for being “OK” I kept eating…on my second plate I was like “WHAT THE HECK MAKES THIS TASTE SO GOOD?!?!”…this one is a keeper…I can’t tell you why…except for it was easy…it hit the spot…and there is something that makes you want to go back for “just one more bite”. Make it…Eat it…Enjoy it…and Repeat!!!

So easy! This was really good and had great flavor. I did add diced garlic and used fresh tarragon. Will make again. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy and delicious! Leftovers are great, too. I used Hillshire Farms smoked sausage and while I’m not sure that’s what was intended – it turned out great.

Wow! So, I think this is possibly my new favorite comfort food!!! SO GOOD! Thanks so much for posting this recipe, I’m sure I will be making it again & again! I shared the recipe with my Mom & sister and they all really liked it to!

I received some jalapeno deer sausage from a local taxidermy as a gift, but really wasn’t sure how to prepare it, as I don’t use sausage very often in my cooking. I came across this and thought it just might work. I substituted sweet potatoes for the carrots, and used anaheim peppers instead of a bell pepper, because I wanted a little heat.
This meal is SO tasty, I was skeptical, I mean Potatoes, onions, and sausage in an oven, how mind blowing could it be?? But something about the way the sausage and peppers cooks with the potatoes…ohhhh so good. Couldn’t save my leftovers for tomorrow and went back for a late night snack. I will be adding link type sausage to my grocery list now for sure, specifically for this dish!

I made this and didn’t even have the right spices and it was still good. I can’t wait to try it with the right spices!
This is one of those “you can’t really screw it up” recipes – my favorite kind!

I made this for dinner last night and my husband just couln’t believe how good it was. His exact words were “Baby, it’s so easy to love you when you make such good food like this”.
I appreciate the fact that it is so easy to prepare. Being six months pregnant, after working all day and running errands after work, I don’t have much energy left to stand in the kitchen for an hour fixing dinner. Great recipe!
