Description

This makes a deliciously tender pork chop with yummy gravy. For a tasty meal, serve over mashed potatoes, with a veggie on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Boneless Pork Chops (4-6, Depending On Size)
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • ⅓ cups Ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Onion
  • 1 cup Milk

Preparation

1. Place pork chops in a crock pot.
2. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the pork chops.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
4. Serve over mashed potatoes, if desired.

Thanks for all the reviews/feedback. :-) If you want a thicker sauce, you can cut the amount of milk in half.

This was easy and delicious! All I had was 5 pork chops with the bone in and they worked just fine. Yummy!

This looks awesome! I can’t eat pork unless it has lots of sauce. This looks like a great new recipe to try. Thanks!

Super easy and pork chops were very tender. I cut them with a fork. The sauce was good, not great but everyone loved it. Would make again.

My kids loved this but I was just so so. My pork chops, even though they were thicker cut, dried out a little but that was probably my fault because they were on low for 8 hours and then on warm for 2. Next time I make it I will cut down the amount of milk I add as it was very liquidy but had wonderful flavor. A great concept that I will definitely attempt again with some adaptations for our family.

I was curious about the ketchup. I tried the recipe and loved it. My son even liked it and he doesn’t like pork chops. I will definately make this again.

I did not care for the ketchup in this at all. If I make it again I will definitely leave the ketchup out. I thought with all the high ratings it would taste much better. Also, it wasn’t a thick gravy like I was expecting. It had was very liquidy. I would suggest to anyone wanting a thicker gravy that they take the liquid out and thicken it up on the stove with some cornstarch. The pork chops did turn out tender from being in the crock pot though :)
