This is my knock off of a store bought version that I had and liked.
I use a chicken that has not been injected with a solution, or a brine. If that is all you can find, then you will need to adjust the amount of salt used in the recipe or the chicken might turn out too salty. If I had to guess at how much to reduce the salt I would say at least 25%.
Mix all of the seasonings together in a small bowl. Wash and pat dry the chicken. Lightly spray the chicken with Pam. Liberally apply the seasonings to the inside and outside of the chicken.
I use a vertical chicken roaster and cook this on the grill at 350 degrees for 75-90 minutes.
