If you are looking for a new and simple way to use chicken in your weeknight rotation, this could be your dish! This is a family favorite of ours that is super easy with few ingredients. It is a great comfort food!

Ingredients

  • 21 ounces, weight Cream Of Chicken Soup (or 1 Large Family Sized Can)
  • 9 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 3 ounces, weight Dried Beef (Found On The Canned Tuna Isle)
  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ¼ cups Bacon Bits Or Pieces

Preparation

1. In a medium bowl, stir cream of chicken soup and sour cream together until all one color.

2. Cut dried beef into ½ inch squares. Sprinkle them into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.

3. Lay chicken breasts evenly over the dried beef.

4. Sprinkle the bacon bits over the chicken. You can add more if you want to.

5. Pour sour cream mixture over the chicken. Make sure chicken is completely covered.

This sounds yummy! We grew up on dried beef gravy and these sound sooooo easy, too. Will be giving my daughter the recipe also. She likes stuff like this. Will be trying it soon.
