Description
This is one of our favorite wintertime meals! Just yummo with a piece of garlic bread.
Ingredients
- 1-½ pound Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 Oz.)
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (10 Oz)
- 12 ounces, weight Cooked Elbow Macaroni
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (8 Oz)
- 1 can Mild Enchilada Sauce (10 Oz)
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup (10 Oz)
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Brown ground meat in a large skillet with the onion. Drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese. Mix well and heat through. Let simmer for about 15 minutes with lid on. Top with cheddar cheese.
