The flavors from the ranch dressing and the seasoned bread crumbs made the chicken so delicious and juicy!! This is a keeper!

This was such a great recipe. I tweaked it a bit, but it still turned out fabulously! Instead of using thighs, I used breast tenderloins (just because they were cheaper for once). Also – I omitted the cornmeal and used Panko instead – it gave it such a nice crunch. This is definitely a new go-to in my house!

Loved this!! Used Kellogg’s corn flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs to keep it gluten free and didn’t have cajun seasoning salt so used Red Robin seasoning salt.

Love this! My new go-to recipe for chicken strips (nuggets). I love the addition of cornmeal here. I wouldn’t have ever thought of it but it works great. Thanks so much!

Very yummy! The whole family approved of this one, even my pickiest eater. It’s going in the recipe box. Thank you for sharing!

This turned out great!! I made a few plain and for the rest I mixed the ranch dressing with some Texas Pete Buffalo sauce to give it a little spice. Thanks for this great recipe!!

This was a fantastic easy last minute recipe! I didn’t have cornmeal, so I used crushed tortilla chips. This will definitely become a regular meal!

This was awesome and we ate the entire pan. Will be making this again real soon. Very easy and perfect for a weeknight dinner. Thanks!

Delicious! All of the boys favorite things- bacon, cajun, ranch and chicken. Only thought is the cajun seasonings are not necessary- a nice addition, but no need to run out and get it.

My kids loved this chicken and were fighting over who got seconds and thirds. I didn’t use the cajun seasoning. Instead I made it with Italian and garlic and herb bread crumbs. They all thought is was great that I used their favorite dressing to make the chicken. Super easy recipe and super good!!!

Oh My Goodness! My whole family of picky eaters loved this!!! A few tweaks to make up for the items I didn’t have on hand and away we went! In no time I was done and dinner was in the oven. Everyone asked for seconds and there was nothing leftover! This is a winner!

Fabulous! I made this for dinner last night and my entire family loved it. The chicken was so juicy and moist while the outside was crunchy. Thank you!

This was very good. A nice weeknight meal. Loved the cornmeal flavor in the crust. I didn’t have cajun season salt so I just used regular season salt. Any suggestions for brands of cajun season salt? Thanks for a great recipe!

This is a delicious recipe!! Made my own ranch dressing to dip the chicken in and it added such a yummy flavor. This is on the rotation for this family of 6!!

Made this for dinner last night and everyone loved it! I didn’t have quite enough ranch so I used half ranch and half buttermilk. For the breading, I used half Garlic and Herb breadcrumbs and half panko. I don’t have any Cajun seasoning so I mixed some Lowry’s with cayenne pepper and it turned out great!
It was so quick and easy to make! It took me about 10 minutes to throw everything together.
