Peppery Blue Cheese Burgers

Description
I have never been much of a blue cheese fan but keep trying to find ways to learn to love it and this recipe did just that!
Ingredients
- 1-½ pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
- ⅓ cups Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cups Milk
- 4-½ ounces, weight Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1-½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 6 whole Burger Buns
- Burger Fixings, To Your Taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to combine. Form into patties. Cook on grill or skillet to your desired level of doneness and serve with all the fixin’s.
