Description

Easy and tasty way to make deliciously spicy peanut ramen noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles Any Flavor, 3 Ounce Packages
  • 1 envelope Flavoring From The Ramen Noodles Package
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1-¾ teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1-½ teaspoon Honey
  • 1-½ teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Water (hot Water Makes The Mixing Easier)
  • ¼ cups Reserved Liquid From Cooking The Noodles
  • 1  Carrot, Shredded (optional)
  • Bean Sprouts (optional)
  • Crushed Peanuts (optional)

Preparation

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Add 1 envelope of flavoring to the water while the noodles are cooking and set the other package aside. When done, reserve about 1/4 cup of the liquid, but drain the rest. Set noodles aside in a large serving bowl.

2. In a small bowl combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce and water; mix well. Add more or less water to make the sauce more or less “liquidy,” depending on your taste.

3. Combine noodles, reserved cooking liquid and peanut sauce. Add more water, if necessary.

4. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for later. Serve with a shredded carrot and/or bean sprouts and/or crushed peanuts over the noodles.
