This has become my go-to meal! I’ve made it many times for just my husband and I and I’ve even served it for a large dinner party. Thanks so much for sharing this easy and divine recipe!

First of all, you need to know that I’m not a huge fish-lover. But I tried this tonight and my, my, my! It was so delicious–and easy too. I used swai instead of tilapia, but followed the directions for everything else. It was wonderful. I will definitely be making it again. It would be great for company too–easy but impressive. Thanks for posting!
