This is a recipe I’ve made for many, many years. Quick and easy to make and low in calories.
Preheat oven to 400ºF and spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a Ziploc bag, combine cheese, bread crumbs and paprika. Shake well.
Tenderize chicken. Dip each breast in mixture to coat all sides. Place chicken on baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes.
