Description

Super tender and cooked to perfection. The perfect dinner for Mother’s Day!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole (6 Oz. Size) American Kobe Ribeye Filets
  • 1 pinch Espresso Brava Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Meanwhile, bring steaks to room temperature. Season with espresso sea salt and pepper.

Add olive oil to an oven safe pan. (Cast iron would work well for this.) When pan is nice and hot, add steaks. Sear for 4 minutes on each side and then place in oven. Cook until desired temperature, about 5–10 minutes. For medium, you want steak to have an internal temperature of 130ºF.
