Description

Perfect for the upcoming 4th of July holiday. If you don’t have access to a grill, well you can still get the flavor you want from INSIDE the comfort of your home!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Rack Of Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 Tablespoon Weber Smoky Mesquite Seasoning
  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce (18 Oz)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400F.

Place the rack of ribs into a 9×13 baking dish (if they won’t fit then cut the rack in half). Sprinkle the Weber seasoning all over the top and bottom of the ribs. Pour half of the bottle of BBQ sauce over top of the ribs. Cover the pan tightly with tin foil and place in the oven. Bake for 90 minutes. Remove the foil and pour the remaining BBQ sauce over the top and finish baking uncovered for 15 more minutes.

Serve with twice baked potatoes or a green salad.
