Description

This is a recipe I made up when I wanted to make my fiancé pizza but didn’t want to drive 20 miles to the store to get his favorite toppings. I found these ingredients and it turned out to be a great combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 Oz. Can) Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust
  • 3 slices Bacon
  • 2 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • ⅔ cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • ½ whole Onion
  • ½ whole Green Bell Pepper
  • Salt And Pepper

Preparation

Cook your chicken breasts and dice them up into small pieces. Fry your bacon and crumble it. Set aside. Slice your tomatoes into medium-sized pieces. Cut the onions and bell peppers into strips. Pre-bake the crust according to the directions on the crust. Spread your alfredo sauce and all of the toppings over the pizza. I also spread a tad more sauce on top of the pizza toppings. Bake according to the crust directions. Salt and pepper to taste.
