Description

A yummy, flavorful spin on a classic tuna wrap.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Tortillas, Preferably Whole-wheat
  • 1 can Tuna Packed In Water, Drained, 5 Ounce Can
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, Chopped
  • ¼ cups Red Onion, Diced
  • ⅛ cups Goat Cheese, Crumbled (up To 1/4 Cup)
  • ¼ cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • 1 dash Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 dash Olive Oil
  • 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

1. Warm tortillas in the microwave by placing them between two damp paper towels and heating for 30 seconds or until warmed to your liking.
2. Mix together all of the other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Split mixture between the two tortillas, running the tuna mixture down the center of each.
4. Roll them up, and serve.
