Description

This is a yummy beef and mushroom dish to make in the crock pot. Serve over white rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. A favorite at our house!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 can Mushrooms Stems And Pieces (8 Ounce Can)
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup (1 Ounce Packet)

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients in your slow cooker and cook on low (my smart pot is extremely hot and I never cook anything on high in it – but you can adjust based on your crock pot) for minimum 4 hours, stirring every once in a while. Once the meat falls apart, you can also thicken the the sauce with a mixture of cornstarch and water if desired. Serve the stew on white rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
