So easy and so yummy, tastes like your favorite nachos!
Grease a 9×12 casserole dish, set aside. In a large frying pan, brown ground beef with salt, pepper and chili powder. Cook until no longer pink, breaking up chunks with spoon. Add salsa and chili beans to the ground beef mixture and mix together well. You will layer the chips first, followed by the meat mixture, then cheese; repeat. Divide evenly, ending with meat and cheese on top. Mine made 3 layers. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
You can also top this with sour cream and a little more salsa if desired!

Nope the chips are not soggy at all, more like nachos, very yummy!
