Description

Delicious and only 119 calories each.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Sandwich Rounds (Thin Round Sandwich Rolls, Like Nature's Own Brand)
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 whole Plum Tomatoes, Sliced Thin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ¼ teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Open up the sandwich rounds and place them cut side down on a baking sheet. Combine oil and garlic. Brush over the top of the sandwich rounds. Add tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil, pepper and salt. Top with cheese.

Bake for 8 minutes.
