A chicken dish that can be served both as a snack or with the main course.
Wash and clean the chicken pieces and place in a pressure cooker with the water for 5 to 7 minutes over medium flame.The chicken pieces will become tender. Take out the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Let the chicken stock cool. Add flour, cornflour, spices, ginger, garlic paste and salt. Mix it into a smooth batter, blending thoroughly.
Place a deep frying pan and add oil into it. The oil should be fairly hot for frying. Dip each chicken piece into the batter and coat with bread crumbs. Fry on both sides, till the chicken turns golden brown. Lay on paper towels.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or the dipping sauce of your choice.
