I love how the tomatoes pop out in taste. I can almost convince myself it’s healthy. It’s great for leftover lunches too, or even to freeze. My family loves it.
Brown the ground beef with the taco seasoning and garlic salt. Drain fat.
Boil noodles with salt until al dente.
Cut block of cheese up in small squares.
Toss noodles, beef, diced tomatoes, and sharp cheddar cheese together in a pot.
Pour mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish, cover with shredded cheese, bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. I love a little brown cheese on top, but just so long as it is melted, you are good.
Great for leftovers, if you have any.

Made this for my crew, who are sick of chili and spaghetti. This was just different enough that I got away with ground beef one more night of the week. A definite hit! Thanks for sharing it!

Hey this looks familar!!! Chili powder works as well, and of course we gotta have the onion!
