These are a little messy, but wonderfully so. The flavors are really, really nice and balanced, and you can easily add things like diced cashews, red pepper flakes…whatever floats your boat. They’re perfectly delicious, and can be easily adapted and enhanced with whatever extras—or extra spice—suit your taste. Major yum!

Made these for dinner last night and they were fantastic! Ree is right, they are perfectly balanced. I had left over ground beef and ground sausage so I used them instead of turkey with great results, I added red pepper flakes for some extra heat as well. I doubled the mixture for the sauce and with the left overs I marinated steamed, shelled edamame – yum! This is a new recipe to add to our family’s favorites, thanks!

I made these for dinner last night. The flavor is out of this world! I didn’t have all the sauces, so it was a little pricey this time, but next time (oh yes, there WILL be a next time), I’ll have them all on hand, making this much cheaper than PF Chang’s version.

I’m eating these as I write. GREAT flavor! I love the extra kick that the Sriracha gives. I didn’t have ground turkey on hand so I used lean ground beef. Also, I added fresh cilantro on top (I add it to almost everything). I served this on butter leaf lettuce. It turned out wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! Definitely will be added to my recipe box:D

My family and I love this meal! I am making it again and doubling so I have enough for the six of us! We practically licked the pan clean last time. I did cut back on the sirachi sauce a ton, because one of my daughters is very sensitive to spicy food. I also skipped the fish sauce because I didn’t have a chance to get to the grocery store to grab some. Thanks for making dinner at our house a fun and yummy experience!

Yum, yum! This is a winner. I am making this recipe again tonight. A hit with both me and my guy. I buy the romaine hearts for serving and it helps hold everything in.

This is as good or better than the lettuce wraps you get at a Chinese restaurant. The sauce is so yummy…I licked my plate when I was finished!

We didn’t care for these so much, I think next time I will leave the fish sauce out and see if we like it better.

A hit with the whole family (amazing in and of itself). Great balance of flavors – we also added some chopped cilantro and replace the celery and water chestnuts (not a fan personally) with a bit of packaged shredded coleslaw cabbage mix and some chopped baby bellas. DELISH! Got veggies and meat in my toddler. Quite a feat. Hats off to you!

Oh my gosh – you actually know what Sriracha is! My dh loves it. I read about it in Saveur a long time ago and he had heard about it from a friend (didn’t know I knew about it lol). It’s a regular inhabitant of our refrigerator. I am saving this recipe to try. Thanks!

My family really enjoyed these wraps. In fact, they enjoyed them so much that I am making them for a second time in a month. It is quick and easy to put together after work, and it is a great way to sneak in some vegetables for the kids.
I did cut back on the sriracha because the kids don’t like spicy foods, but otherwise didn’t change a thing with this recipe.

Yum, yum, YUM!! Made these last week for my husband & his brother; they were such a big hit I am making them again for a small get-together with friends this weekend. The great thing is that once you have all the sauces, you’re good to re-make this several times at a low cost. I add extra water chestnuts and celery to make it go a little farther. We’re thinking of giving it a go with cashews as well. So easy and fast– and if you can get extra hands to help with the prep, it’s even faster!

Delicious! Made this for dinner last night. My husband and his picky friend gobbled it up. I must say they were the best lettuce wraps I’ve ever made. I added some finely diced apple at the end for some crunchy sweetness. Will make again!

Just an update. I make this at least twice a month and have shared the recipe with so many friends. I am taking it to the beach with us! Thanks for such a great recipe!
