Description

Super easy and tasty. You can substitute any mild white fish if you can’t find or don’t care for grouper.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Grouper Fillets
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • ¼ cups Dry White Wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Herb Seasoning (available With The Bottled Herbs)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

In a baking pan large enough to hold your fish easily, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter. Add the garlic and the wine to the butter. Place the fish in the butter mixture turning it several times to coat it. If needed, use a spoon to make sure some of the garlic is on top of each fillet. Sprinkle each fillet with the lemon herb seasoning and the Old Bay. Top with pats of the remaining butter.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until cooked through. Serve topped with the butter/wine mixture from the pan spooned over it.

Fast, easy and very delicious. I used Kerrygold Garlic and Herb Butter. Will definitely make this again.

Easy and excellent. I used some dried parsley and lemon-pepper, and it turned out juicy and delicious. I’m saving this recipe!
