Use up all those ingredients that are about to go bad. I always end up with too much fresh spinach, so that is what inspired this, but it turned out so delicious, I will definitely make it again!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Lay 3 peices of lasagna in the bottom of a greased 9×13 pan. Dot the lasagna with garlic butter. Top with a generous amount of fresh spinach. Pour some sauce over this. Repeat, using up as much of your fillings as you want. The final layer will be 3 lasagna pieces, sauce, and grated cheese.
Cover with foil and cook for about 30 minutes. Serve with a simple salad or some fresh garlic bread. A great way to use up fresh spinach!
