This is lasagna, deconstructed.
Cook your choice of pasta to al dente (cook according to package instructions for al dente).
Grease a 9×13 baking pan with olive oil. Layer 1/2 of the above amounts each of pasta, meat, ricotta, parmesan, sauce and mozzarella in that order. Repeat layers except for the mozzarella. Draw a wooden spoon through the layers in an S-shaped pattern to mesh the layers without actually stirring them together. Then top with the remaining mozzarella.
Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes or until the cheese is browned and everything is bubbly.
